Are you planning to buy a new home/office/plot etc. soon and want to know how to use the RERA portal to check project details? This blog will guide you on how to check the details on MahaRERA portal (for Maharashtra / Daman & Diu / Dadra & Nagar Haveli)
1. Visit https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in. Choose Marathi/English (as shown in the picture below)
2. Click/Move cursor over ‘Registration’ and then ‘Registered Projects’. Click ‘Ok’ to open the external website in the new window/tab. (as shown in the picture below)
3. New window/tab will open as below. Then choose ‘Registered Project’ and enter the registration no. of the project of which details are required. Registration no. always start with ‘P52……...’. Click ‘Search’ to proceed further. (as shown in the picture below)
4. The option ‘View Details’, ‘View Application’, ‘View Certificate’, ‘View Extension Certificate’ (if any), ‘View on Map’ and ‘Directions’ will appear. Choose any option and click the respective buttons (in the line of the arrow shown). In order to view the documents of the project, click ‘View’. (as shown in the picture below)
