What are Buyers’ duties towards Promoters, generally?
Timely payment as per the schedule in Agreement/Allotment letter. In case of any delay, liable to pay interest as well.
Make necessary payments (including registration charges, municipal taxes, water/electricity charges, maintenance, etc.)
Participate in formation of Society/Apartment Condominium
Take physical possession within 2 months from Occupancy Certificate
Participate towards registration of Conveyance Deed
