Can Buyer buy parking space/lot?

Can Buyer purchase parking space/lot from the Promoter, according to MahaRERA?

Buyer can purchase/be allotted Garage and Covered Parking space/lot, but restrained from purchase/being allotted Open Parking space/lot.

Such space/lot will be marked and numbered at project and be as per sanctioned plan. And it would also be tagged to respective allotted apartment.

After it is sold, it’s type, number, size and place/location will be mentioned in the Agreement to Sale and the sanctioned plan showing such place/location also will be annexed to the Agreement.

Failure - will be construed as violation of Act, Rules, Regulations, etc by the Promoter.
