Can Promoter sell parking space/lot, according to MahaRERA?
Promoter is permitted to sell/allot Garage and Covered Parking space/lot, but restrained from selling/allotting Open Parking space/lot.
Such space/lot be marked and numbered at project and be as per sanctioned plan. And it should also be tagged to respective allotted apartment.
After it is sold, its type, number, size and place/location be mentioned in the Agreement to Sale and the sanctioned plan showing such place/location be annexed to the Agreement.
Failure - will be construed as violation of Act, Rules, Regulations, etc.
