Can the Promoter make changes in the sanctioned plan/specifications, according to RERA?
Implementation of new DCR or amalgamation of new land parcel or any other reason has resulted in revision of Sanctioned Plan or changes in specification, has to be intimated to MahaRERA with prior consent of ⅔rd of existing buyers of that project.
However, minor changes can be made by meagre declaration to MahaRERA & intimation to such existing buyers.
