Can the changes be made in the sanctioned plan/specifications after the purchase of flat/commercial, according to RERA?
The revision of Sanctioned Plan or changes in Specifications, has to be intimated to MahaRERA by the Promoter with prior consent of ⅔rd of existing buyers of that project
However, minor changes can be made by meagre declaration to MahaRERA & intimation to such existing buyers.
