RERA Registration required for Project having less than 8 units or land area less than 500 sq. mtr.?
No! You don’t have to register such a project with your State RERA (Authority)
Though the possibility of land area being more than 500 Sq. mtr. and units being less than 8 or vice versa is very small, comparatively.
No registration is required whatsoever if the units will not be sold. :)
