Buying a Home/Office/Shop, etc. in a small Project & wondering why the Project is not RERA registered?
The project (with less than 8 units or land area less than 500 sq. mtr.) is not required to be registered with the State RERA (Authority) as such projects are exempted by the Act.
Though the possibility of land area being more than 500 sq. mtr. and units being less than 8 or vice versa is very small, comparatively.
No registration required whatsoever if you’re self-occupying the units.
